Demo — TenderGraph in action

The daily reality of tender responses

What a tender really costs you today

3 to 5 days for a single tender

Total mobilization

Your best project manager is tied up. Client projects suffer, and other tenders slip through the cracks.

With TenderGraph: in 2 days.

One missed requirement = rejected offer

Fragile compliance

The spec is 200 pages long. You miss 3 lines. Your bid is eliminated at the admin stage, no recourse.

With TenderGraph: every requirement is traced and verified automatically.

Strategy takes a back seat to urgency

Invisible architecture

No time to structure, optimize, or challenge. The output is standard. The evaluator sees nothing memorable.

With TenderGraph: professional strategic framing is built into the bid.

You're running out of time

80% of consulting firms pass on tenders due to lack of resources. TenderGraph produces a complete bid while your team focuses on strategy.

Quality makes the difference

Every requirement is traced, every claim is sourced. Your proposal stands out through rigor, not filler.

You stay in control

Validate each deliverable before submission. The agent proposes, you decide. No commitment is made without your explicit approval.

Who's behind TenderGraph

Designed by someone who lived the problem

Aleaume Muller

Founder & CTO

TenderGraph was born from an operational observation: the best engineers spend more time writing memos than designing solutions. I lived this for 10 years in consulting and ESN firms. TenderGraph is the answer I wish I had.

10 years — IS Architecture (consulting and ESN)

3 years — Generative AI R&D

40+ tenders analyzed

Multi-agent expert (LangGraph, Claude SDK)

My conviction: AI doesn't replace the expert, it gives them their real role back. TenderGraph absorbs the systematizable tasks so your teams can focus on what wins — strategy, innovation, and client relationships.

Frequently asked questions

What clients ask us before they sign

Why EUR 899 per tender, instead of a subscription?
Because a typical consulting firm responds to 5-15 tenders per year, and a monthly subscription also makes you pay for the months when you respond to nothing. EUR 899 per tender is 100% aligned with your actual production. You pay when you produce, not before.
How long does it take to deliver a complete bid?
From 2 hours to 2 days depending on the size of the spec and your mode (autonomous, validation, or step-by-step). Reading and analysis phases take about 30 minutes. Full drafting takes 1-4 hours of machine execution, which you can let run unattended.
Are my documents confidential?
Yes. The documents you upload are isolated per project, encrypted at rest, and never used to train any model. The LLM call goes through the Anthropic API in no-training mode. You can delete a project and its data at any time.
Who's in control, the agent or me?
You. Three modes are available: autonomous (the agent runs through the 13 phases), validation (it stops before each phase for your approval), and discussion (you drive step-by-step). No deliverable is validated without your review, no commercial commitment is made without your signature.
What if the bid doesn't meet my expectations?
You can re-run any phase with corrective instructions. The agent picks up the context of the full bid. If you're still not satisfied after adjustment, contact us — we'll look at it together.
